I saw this product in a local store and fell in love with it. As soon as we got home i checked online and saw Boohoobaby were the most competitive price for the product and it was the 2010 version rather than all the other websites which only seem to supply 2009 for the same price.
The product: The scout carry cot, is so easy to fold down and a great storage solution.
The ion car seat, looks very comfortable, have yet to try it in the car.
The pushchair, really easy to operate and put on the frame as with all the other accessories.
The frame is really light to push and manouverable. it folds down really easily and easy to fold up. this pushchair for us ticked all of the boxes, we looked at Quinny and britax but the Quinny didn't feel as sturdy. the Concord just oozes quality.
baby is still yet to arrive but i think they will be very comfortable.
the only small downside is the storage of the rain cover, in the manual it shows a pocket under the seat howver on this model it doesnt exist so it will have to go somewhere else. they have also changed the braking system which i believe they had problems with the old style. the new one is operated by hand on th handle which is really easy to use.

We often suggest to customers that they have a look at the Buggy Blankets section which will enable to you personalise your NEO to provide more padded comfort. Hi Sarah, Thanks for your enquiry. The main functional difference is that the Mobility system has a folding carrycot called the Scout whilst the Travel system has a solid carrycot called the Proton. I can confirm that all our stock is the new 2010 version and comes with a 12 month manufacturer warranty.
In my experience Concord are generally brilliant if things go wrong as well, they're currently helping one of my customers source replacement parts in Spain as her car seat became faulty yesterday when she was on holiday. |

It is not possible to sleep in the carrycot part overnight(as it is collapsible) but if you opt for the Neo Travel Set then it is possible as the carrycot is a rigid product and no moses basket mattress is necessary. There is no need delivery charge to Northern Ireland.
