The products themselves are great and look amazing in our nursery. The customer service and delivery was also excellent. However the instructions may have well been in Japanese, and one of our products arrived damaged (but we were able to fix it). Overall we were happy with the quality and look of the product, and I thought the service we received was very thorough.

Thanks for your enquiry. I can confirm that it is made of solid wood, in fact it is beech. Also, their new 2010 Hogarth cot bed has a new function taking it from cot, to junior bed then onto a sofa for when your baby isn't a baby anymore! I hope this helps.
