I have left an answer machine message for you but i really must email you and sing the praises of Tom. He has bent over backwards to help me to sort out the baby carrier (concord ion) and when it looked as though no-one would ever manage to get hold of one for me, he did! I have already recommended your company to other mothers that i am in contact with in online forums and mother and toddler groups and i shall be returning to order more items that i shall no doubt be needing in the future!
